Withdrawals. Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method previously used for deposits and verified as belonging to the Player. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals require a fully verified Account (completed KYC). For verified GCash and Maya accounts, withdrawals are typically processed within 10–30 minutes. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.

Currency. All transactions on pb888 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. The Player bears any currency conversion costs imposed by their e-wallet or bank provider.

Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, maximum bet limits while bonus is active, and expiry periods.

General rules applicable to all pb888 promotions include:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by eligible Players who satisfy the specified conditions for each offer;
• Bonus Funds and any associated winnings are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal may be requested;

In the event of a malfunction, technical error, or game interruption, pb888 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the Player's Wallet. For live dealer games, Player conduct in the game chat must remain respectful. Harassment of dealers or other players, offensive language, or attempts to collude will result in removal from the live room and may result in Account suspension.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pb888. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to the relevant Philippine authorities:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities;

• Creating multiple Accounts or assisting another person to do so;

• Colluding with other players or with any third party to manipulate game outcomes;

• Accessing another Player's Account without explicit authorization from that Player and pb888.

All content on the pb888 Platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, logos, trademarks, graphics, text, data, interface designs, and audiovisual materials — is the exclusive property of pb888 or its licensed suppliers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, recreational gaming purposes. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of pb888.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, pb888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of — or inability to use — the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

pb888's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pb888 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability. pb888 shall not be liable for any losses arising from Platform downtime, provided reasonable notice is given where practicable.

pb888 collects, processes, and stores Player data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) of the Philippines and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on pb888, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

pb888 implements industry-standard technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data. This includes 256-bit SSL encryption for all data in transit and secure storage protocols for data at rest. Player data is never sold to third parties and is only shared with third-party service providers (e.g., payment processors, identity verification providers) to the extent necessary to deliver pb888's services.

Upon termination for cause, pb888 may withhold or forfeit funds in the Account to the extent permitted by law and in accordance with any applicable investigative obligations. Where termination is not for cause, the Player's real-money balance will be returned via their preferred withdrawal method following completion of applicable KYC requirements.

By the Player. Players may close their Account at any time by contacting pb888 support.
